Smart for Life and Walk Kansas
Meet Me at the Courthouse
Each Wednesday at Noon join fellow Walk Kansas participants for “Meet Me at the Courthouse” for a walk around Kingman (weather permitting). This will be approximately 30 minutes.
Smart for Life Classes provided by the Kingman County Health Coalition. Depending on class size, sessions may be moved to the Kingman County Activity Center.
Plans based on the Diabetic Exchange System and monitored by members of the Kingman County Health Coalition Committee.

Are you confused about what you should be eating and what you should be avoiding? Do nutrition labels confuse you? We will be teaching you simple swaps to make and give you tips to make your next trip to the grocery store healthy and fun.
Women’s Health Gala seeks vendors
The Kingman County Health Coalition is once again seeking vendors for its annual Women’s Health Gala. This year, the event is scheduled for Saturday, April 10 at the Kingman Christian Church. The Gala is a community service event featuring keynote speakers from the healthcare industry, various vendors with products ranging from health and fitness to home health and cosmetics, and opportunities for blood testing and other beneficial events for the wellbeing of participants. There is no charge for participants to attend.
